Acceptance

By installing or using RingView, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RingView.

Independent companion

RingView is an open-source project operated by Nick Winans. It is an independent Pebble companion and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replacement for Oura Health Oy or its products and services.

Informational use

RingView displays selected wellness summaries for convenience. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment. Do not rely on it for emergencies or health decisions.

Third-party services

RingView requires your own Oura account and depends on Oura and Pebble services that RingView does not control. Your use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. You authorize RingView’s access through Oura and may revoke that access at any time.

Availability

Data may be delayed, missing, stale, inaccurate, or unavailable because of phone connectivity, account authorization, Oura service availability, or other factors. RingView may change, suspend, or stop features when necessary.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingView is provided “as is” and “as available.” RingView and its third-party service providers disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither RingView nor its third-party service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to RingView. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Pebble and Oura accounts, for complying with applicable service terms, and for disconnecting RingView if you no longer want it to access the authorized health summaries.
